The Snagging Report is not a structural survey, but a visual inspection only and is not exhaustive. However it often uncovers defects in the way the property was finished, and armed with this information, you can ensure the developer is made aware and can rectify any issues.

You normally need an initial inspection (prices left), and then when the work has been rectified by the developer, a re-inspection is recommended to ensure the work has been done satisfactorily.

Snagging Re-inspection : A re-inspection sometimes isn't required, but we will put our recommendation in the report. Sometimes, there are only very minor snagging issues, however, im afraid to say that usually a snagging inspection will turn up quite a bit of work that hasnt been finished correctly.
